Folder list and folder creator by excel VBA

Excel VBA file,
You can type an excel list of folder and subfolder and pass a bottom to create the folder.
So that you would have a list and filesystem at the same time.

I guess the HKGOV might just connect the lamp post number in the excel to the HK map.
So that whenever a request is added to the excel list, it would be shown on the map.
